Understanding Healthy Conflict and Building Positive Relationships
The aim of this programme is to provide parents with a foundation which they can use to build on other skills which will help them to support healthy relationships. We suggest that this course is taking before the other parenting courses, or as a follow on from the parenting courses.
This programme will support you to communicate assertive with your children and avoid conflict. It will support separated parents to keep clear and direct communication between them, leaving open the communication lines between both parts.
