Understanding Healthy Conflict and Building Positive Relationships
This programme aims to provide parents with a foundation they can use to build on other skills that will help them support healthy relationships. We suggest that this course be taken before the other parenting courses or as a follow-on from them.
This programme will support you as a parent to learn how to communicate more assertively with your child(ren) in turn reducing conflict and increasing positive parent-child relationships. It will also support separated parents in their communication with each other as they share parenting and responsibility for their child(ren). The key to successful shared parenting is communication.
