Parenting Through Stressful Times has been designed to help parents understand and recognise stress, and to provide tools to help parents manage it.
This personal development programme explores the influence stress plays on how we parent and how we manage the challenges that are presented to us. It incorporates a proactive and creative approach to analysing and understanding how our stress can occur in the context of parenting. The course provides parents with the opportunity to explore stress management tools, and looks at how to prevent the build-up of stress and maintain a healthy balance.
